Working in this role has been a very positive experience for me. I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with an excellent client who has taught me a great deal about the real estate sector, which was completely new to me at the beginning. Their patience and willingness to guide me made the learning process much smoother and more enjoyable. Throughout this time, I’ve grown a lot, especially in marketing, which is the area I’m most passionate about. I’ve strengthened my skills, gained more confidence in my work, and learned to approach projects more organized and strategically. I’ve also become more independent in managing my responsibilities and much better at organizing my time, which has made a big difference in how I handle my day-to-day tasks. I also really value the people I work with. Being surrounded by colleagues with strong knowledge across different areas and who are open to sharing it has helped me learn faster and feel more supported in my role.

Since I joined SYNC, I have experienced extraordinary growth in my marketing skills, facing constant challenges that have allowed me to strengthen my strategic thinking, execution capabilities, and adaptability. Working with SYNC has been a truly rewarding and transformative experience for me. I have been working alongside Tiffany with ALIGN Real Estate for almost three years, and during that time I’ve had the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally. I initially started as the marketing assistant supporting our previous marketing manager, but over time I was able to step into a much larger role. Today, I’m responsible for leading and executing all marketing initiatives and managing the social media content for both Tiffany Pantozzi and ALIGN Real Estate. This journey has challenged me in the best possible ways and has allowed me to develop new skills, take on greater responsibilities, and build confidence in my abilities. Being part of SYNC has played a key role in that growth. Through this experience, I’ve learned so much from Tiffany and the entire team, their guidance, collaboration, and support have been invaluable. The environment has pushed me to continuously improve while also giving me the opportunity to share what I’ve learned and support some of my coworkers along the way. Overall, my time working with SYNC has been incredibly enriching. It has helped shape my professional development, strengthen my confidence, and expand my knowledge in marketing and teamwork.
